Pookichat is firmly committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe online environment. Safeguarding minors from exploitation, abuse, and inappropriate interactions is a core principle of our platform design, policies, and enforcement mechanisms.

Age Restriction (18+ Only)
- Pookichat does not allow users under the age of 18 to access or use the platform.
- During registration, users are required to confirm their age.
- We may use age verification measures, including selfie-based or third-party verification, to confirm eligibility.
- Any account found or suspected to belong to a user under 18 will be immediately suspended and permanently removed.
Zero Tolerance Policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Pookichat enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of:
- Child sexual abuse
- Sexual exploitation of minors
- Grooming behavior
- Sexualized content involving minors
- Attempts to contact or solicit minors
Any such activity is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination.
Detection, Monitoring, and Enforcement
To protect users and prevent misuse:
- We actively monitor content, messages, images, videos, and user behavior using a combination of:
- Automated detection systems
- Human moderation
- Community reports
- Content suspected to violate child safety rules is reviewed promptly.
- Confirmed violations lead to:
- Permanent account bans
- Content removal
- Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law
User Reporting and Blocking Tools
Pookichat provides easy-to-use safety controls:
- Users can block and report any account or content directly within the app.
- Reports related to minors or child safety are prioritized and escalated immediately.
- Users are encouraged to report:
- Suspected underage users
- Inappropriate messages
- Sexual or exploitative behavior
Cooperation with Law Enforcement
Pookichat fully cooperates with:
- Law enforcement agencies
- Regulatory authorities
- Child protection organizations
When legally required or when there is a good-faith belief of imminent harm involving a minor, we may disclose relevant account and activity information in compliance with applicable laws.
Data Handling Related to Age Verification
- Any data collected solely for age verification purposes (such as selfies) is:
- Used only to confirm age
- Not displayed publicly
- Deleted once verification is completed
- We do not use age verification data for marketing or profiling.
Education and Prevention
- Our community guidelines clearly prohibit child-related abuse and exploitation.
- We continuously improve our moderation tools and safety practices.
- Employees and moderators handling safety reports follow strict confidentiality and escalation procedures.
